Parents are asked to provide details of any health conditions or concerns on the enrolment form at the start of each school year. For pupils joining at other times, this information should also be included on their enrolment form.

If your child requires medication at school for a serious illness or allergy, such as asthma or a nut allergy, you must inform the school office as soon as possible.

School Nursing Service

The School Nursing Service provides confidential health support and advice to children, young people, parents, carers, professionals, and community settings across Wiltshire. We work with schools to develop health policies, support classroom health programs, and provide guidance on immunisations, screening, medical conditions, and child protection.

Find out more about our service here.
